After the shipment is created、 the warehouse is allocated and the following information is confirmed for booking:

All FBA warehouse addresses finally assigned (including FBA CODE)

Statistics of goods (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size)

Confirm the delivery address/delivery time/CONSIGNEE information with the customer service (as the importer)

The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:

Small goods: stick SKU barcode;

Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;

Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)

British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)

American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)

If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.

What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment

Express channel:

The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;

In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;

Sea/Air:

In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)

To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID

A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents

International air transport process: shipper orders - customer service specialist - power of attorney - booking space - warehouse entry notice - documents warehousing - goods warehousing - checking data - bill of lading confirmation - document preparation - customs declaration - customs pre recording - declaration - customs review - inspection - release - planking/packing - warehouse arrangement - loading - flight departure - en route tracking - arrival at the airport - customs clearance at the destination port - picking up goods - write off sheet return - shipper write off.

1. We should confirm the weight and volume with the customer in a timely manner. If the customer does not confirm the weight and volume、 the cost will be very troublesome after the goods fly out.

2. In air transportation、 customers usually declare their goods and documents on the same day、 so it is troublesome to arrange the shipping space. If possible、 declare as many shipping spaces as possible. It is difficult to add if there are fewer shipping spaces. If there are more、 you can find a way to collect goods.

3. Generally、 the airline and the first-class agents have basically arranged their seats before 12:00 noon. In this case、 it is not appropriate to take over large cargoes that are required to take off the next day. You'd better not take over until the space is determined、 otherwise you will be very passive.

4. In principle、 air cargo requires that the cargo should be stored in the airline warehouse for more than 24 hours. In actual operation、 it should be handed over the night before the plane takes off. Special urgent goods can be handed over on site. In principle、 4 hours before the cargo plane takes off and 2 hours before the passenger plane takes off、 but do not suggest the customer to hand over the goods on site as early as possible、 unless you can make a special decision.

5. The waybill shall be confirmed with the customer in a timely manner、 and the Chinese name for customs declaration shall be provided by the customer、 etc.
