After the shipment is created、 the warehouse is allocated and the following information is confirmed for booking:
All FBA warehouse addresses finally assigned (including FBA CODE)
Statistics of goods (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size)
Confirm the delivery address/delivery time/CONSIGNEE information with the customer service (as the importer)
The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:
Small goods: stick SKU barcode;
Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;
Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)
British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)
American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)
If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.
What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment
Express channel:
The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;
In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;
Sea/Air:
In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)
To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID
A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents
FBA's first journey is divided into three modes of transportation: sea transportation、 air transportation and express delivery. The pricing methods and prices of the three modes of transportation are different.
Maritime transport is divided into two modes: maritime transport+trailer delivery; Sea+express delivery. Among them、 shipping+trailer delivery shall be at least 1 CBM and charged according to CBM. Ocean+express delivery is 10 working days faster than trailer delivery、 with a minimum shipment of 100KG. The price is also quite cheap、 and charged products can go anywhere.
Air transportation、 usually refers to air+dispatch、 and the FBA special line、 which is commonly referred to in the market、 is generally about 30 yuan/KG. Express delivery refers to the use of international express to deliver products that can't be charged and arrive in four or five days、 but it will be much more expensive and will also require bubble counting.
One-stop dropshipping means that cross-border e-commerce sellers deliver their products in bulk to third-party overseas warehouses in the United States by shipping、 air freight and other logistics forms、 and when the platform generates orders、 it will send them back to the warehouse、 where the warehouse will process the goods according to the orders、 and then deliver them to relevant logistics companies such as UPS、 USPS、 FedEx、 DHL、 etc. for delivery. The process is as follows:
1. Prepare goods to overseas warehouse
The seller is required to transport the goods to the overseas warehouse through the first transportation、 and then put them on shelves after the warehouse acceptance.
2. Dispatch
After the consumer places an order in the store、 the merchant needs to send the order information back to the warehouse、 accept it by the warehouse staff、 package the goods and wait for delivery.
3. Dispatch
The overseas warehouse will contact the logistics of the end process、 and they will deliver the packed goods to the consumers until the goods are received.
