The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:

Small goods: stick SKU barcode;

Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;

Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)

British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)

American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)

If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.

What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment

Express channel:

The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;

In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;

Sea/Air:

In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)

To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID

A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents

Air freight price calculation method:

（1） Air freight charge weight

According to the provisions of the airline、 when the cargo is small and heavy、 it shall be calculated according to the actual weight; In case of large volume and small weight of goods、 it shall be calculated by volume. A batch of goods consists of several different goods、 including light goods and heavy goods. The billing weight shall be the total gross weight or total volume weight of the whole batch of goods、 whichever is higher.

Notes on import tariff and consumption tax in Japan:

Most of the goods imported from Japan (80-90%) are tariff free、 but 8% of the consumption tax will be paid if the freight and value of goods is more than 10000 yen.

For a small number of products、 the average tax rate is (3-5%)、 such as plastic products、 aluminum products、 etc.、 but the freight and freight value of the express is less than 10、000 yen、 there is no tariff and consumption tax. On the contrary、 if the freight and freight value of the express is more than 10、000 yen、 (3-5%) import tariff and 8% consumption tax shall be paid.

Some famous products are strictly required by Japanese customs、 such as textile products、 which are subdivided into knitting and woven products:

Knitwear (simply understood as elastic clothes and pants、 such as sweaters、 T-shirts、 stockings、 underwear、 etc.) usually has an import tariff of about 10% plus 8% consumption tax when the freight and added value is greater than 1000 yen.
