The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:

Small goods: stick SKU barcode;

Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;

Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)

American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)

If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.

What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment

Express channel:

The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;

In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;

Sea/Air:

In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)

To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID

A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents

1. An order must be created in the company's logistics system (package information must be entered)、 and invoices (3 pieces) and waybills (1 piece) must be printed in the system and delivered to us with the goods;

2. Try not to carry other irrelevant signs、 and suggest pasting signs of fragile products;

3. Fill in the order information correctly in English、 and the name of the article should be as detailed as possible. Do not declare with words such as Gift and Sample; The goods are clothing products、 and the invoice must be detailed (for example、 the name of men's clothing should be men's blouse or men's trousers).

4. Order information can be uploaded in batch using Excel or created through API.

If the goods mailed do not exceed the 1000 limit、 there is no tariff. If the value of the goods mailed exceeds the tax exemption amount、 it may be necessary to pay tariffs for the goods. The current tariffs for cosmetics are 10% - 20%. The tariff is the excess part of the tariff、 that is、 the tariff is calculated based on the total amount of the excess tax exemption. The limit for items sent by individuals from or to Hong Kong、 Macao and Taiwan is 800 yuan each time; The limit for goods sent from or to other countries and regions is 1000 yuan each time.
