3. Operate the goods according to the Seller's instructions.

Warehousing、 sorting、 packaging and distribution shall be carried out in strict accordance with the Seller's instructions according to the automatic operation equipment of the logistics company's overseas storage center.

1. Differences in terminal delivery

The terminal delivery of sea+express Style is mainly by express delivery. Because there is no need to make an appointment、 the goods can be quickly warehoused、 and its advantages are very obvious in the logistics peak season. However、 Hika and its terminals are mainly delivered by truck. Truck delivery is inefficient and has many processes. Delivery of goods to Amazon requires advance booking、 which is inefficient.

2. Differences in channel services

The logistics service of sea+express Style is relatively good. It basically uses the direct shipping mode to transport goods、 which is highly efficient、 short in process、 and fast in efficiency. However、 the charges of Shanghai Style are also relatively high. The logistics service of Hika is relatively poor、 the freight transport efficiency is low、 the process is long、 the efficiency is slow、 and the transport goods will stop halfway、 but the cost is lower than that of sea+express.

Whether the pure battery products are delivered in small packages or in batches to the United States、 attention should be paid to the packaging. The outer box must be packed in a sturdy cardboard box、 and the batteries exceeding the standard also need to be packed in a knife UN box. Each battery with a large number must be well insulated and packed. The positive and negative poles of all batteries must be in the same direction and cannot be placed at will. The carton cannot be changed. If there is space left、 it needs to be filled with other bubble bags to avoid random shaking of the battery during transportation. The battery express box shall not exceed 10KG; Air freight single container is limited to 12kg - 22kg、 and extra delivery costs will be incurred if it is exceeded.

After the pure battery products are shipped to the United States、 they can be sold on the platform or distributed in overseas warehouses. The overseas warehouse can be stored for one month for free、 and the storage cost can be calculated after one month. Direct delivery from overseas warehouse、 1-3 days to the buyer. Customers can choose American overseas warehouse、 American East Sea overseas warehouse、 American West overseas warehouse and American China overseas warehouse in different regions according to the different orders of the platform stores、 which basically cover the whole territory of the United States. Please note that the overseas warehouse must have the qualification to issue pure batteries on behalf of others、 and the United States has strict requirements for lithium batteries、 dry batteries、 power packs and other products on behalf of others.

As a special sensitive item、 pure batteries must be declared truthfully in the aspect of logistics and customs clearance. If the customs finds that the declaration is not true、 the goods will be detained by the customs. All kinds of information required for the transportation of battery products must be prepared. In general、 for pure battery products、 whether it is the first transportation or the last delivery、 overseas warehouse delivery、 cross-border partners must do enough homework to successfully complete.

Because Amazon is not responsible for the logistics services sent from China to overseas Amazon warehouses、 FBA first service appeared. Amazon fast registration green channel and FBA first journey service are provided. Canada FBA first service has three delivery methods.

Direct delivery; DHL、 UPS、 Fedex and other products are generally priced at more than 20kg. They are fast and suitable for urgent replenishment. In addition、 express delivery is free of reservation warehousing、 but it should be noted that Amazon does not act as the main body of customs clearance、 is not responsible for customs clearance and tax payment、 and must do a good job of declaration and tariff advance and prepare local customs clearance importers in advance.

The first voyage of FBA sea transportation: sea transportation+local customs clearance+destination country delivery、 trinity、 ready delivery and ready delivery. The whole price does not include tax. This kind of sea transportation is a long first journey、 which usually takes more than a month. In the local area、 it is sent to Amazon by trailer、 which generally requires warehousing reservation. The operation is more troublesome than express delivery. However、 the price is cheap. If you calculate it as 1CBM=167kg、 it is just a few yuan and 1kg、 which is 1kg cheaper than the express delivery. However、 it has a long time limit and is more suitable for non urgent replenishment.

FBA air transportation first journey: air transportation+local customs clearance+destination country delivery、 trinity、 delivery at any time and delivery at any time、 the whole journey including tax to the door. This air transportation first journey is more effective、 generally about 10-15 days、 and the local transportation is to Amazon by car. Generally、 warehousing reservation is required、 and the operation is more difficult、 but the price is moderate、 and the time is just right. Generally、 air transportation is more cost-effective、 but it is not suitable for urgent goods.

FBA's first sea voyage should be the lowest in terms of price and timeliness. Direct delivery and FBA's first air voyage allocation should be the same

There are three forms of overseas warehouse for cross-border e-commerce: FBA、 self built warehouse、 third-party warehouse

In fact、 managing the overseas warehouse is to manage its own goods and ensure that the goods are sufficient without wasting resources. This requires managers to consider sales data、 costs and other aspects to make full use of the overseas warehouse and help the normal supply of goods.
