1. Continental shipment

The British special line package from the mainland、 known as the British general cargo special line、 is loaded and shipped from domestic airports such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen to the UK. After customs clearance、 it is delivered to Royal Mail for terminal delivery and can be delivered to the whole UK. Chinese Mainland strictly inspects sensitive goods、 so it is unable to deliver any sensitive goods. 2. Departure from Hong Kong

Hong Kong departure is known as the British special line electrified small bags. The goods are transferred from Shenzhen to Hong Kong、 loaded after arriving in Hong Kong for departure to Britain、 and delivered to Royal Mail for terminal delivery after arriving in Britain. When goods are transferred to the UK、 we can take advantage of Hong Kong's relatively loose export policy to deliver some sensitive goods、 such as items with batteries、 liquids、 cosmetics、 etc.

After the shipment is created、 the warehouse is allocated and the following information is confirmed for booking:

All FBA warehouse addresses finally assigned (including FBA CODE)

Statistics of goods (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size)

Confirm the delivery address/delivery time/CONSIGNEE information with the customer service (as the importer)

The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:

Small goods: stick SKU barcode;

Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;

Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)

British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)

American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)

If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.

What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment

Express channel:

The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;

In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;

Sea/Air:

In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)

To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID

A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents

1. The seller need not worry that the goods are only overstocked in the FBA warehouse. After the labels are changed、 the goods can be re warehoused and then re sold without additional costs.

2. The overseas warehouse supports the seller's delivery and service on multiple platforms; After changing the label、 the product can be sold in other platforms、 and the seller can develop more platform businesses.

3. Because the returned products can be put on the shelves again after changing the label、 which can reduce the possibility of loss for the sellers' festival、 and there is no need to worry about wasting money.

1. FBA prepared the goods in advance for the first time、 delivered the goods as required、 and stuck the Label.

2. Before the first shipment of Amazon fba、 remember to prepare the packing list/invoice and declaration elements in advance.

3. Before delivery、 it is necessary to coordinate the customs clearance and signing for goods with the importer to ensure that the customs clearance contact person will cooperate with the service provider or customs clearance agent to handle the customs clearance of goods after the goods arrive at the local place.

4. When delivering goods、 confirm whether the Label label is properly affixed、 whether the weight and volume of goods are the same as the data reported by the freight forwarder.

5. The first shipment invoice of fba must indicate the company name、 address、 specific contact person and contact information (telephone、 mobile phone and e-mail) of the true importer (buyer or customs clearance agent).

6. Since AMAZON does not help with customs clearance and tariff advance service、 in order to avoid the detention of Amazon fba goods due to tariff issues、 please confirm the tariff payer before shipping the goods、 and suggest that the tariff be prepaid or paid by a third party.

7. The sender and the importer shall coordinate with each other on the issue of goods receipt、 and confirm whether the goods arrive at the warehouse in good condition and are dispatched as soon as possible to avoid missing or wrong receipt. If the service provider is unable to investigate due to wrong or missing receipt、 or the importer or the recipient fails to provide detailed package information、 the shipment may not be claimed.

(1) [Weight limit] The weight is limited to 30kg、 and the acceptance of articles over 30kg is refused.

(2) [Restrictions on goods] It supports built-in electricity、 supporting electricity、 cosmetics and other sensitive goods、 other goods that are prohibited from mailing through the rejection channel、 and products that are prohibited from transportation by national aviation、 such as alcohol、 flammable and explosive goods、 guns and ammunition、 antique coins、 radioactive goods、 and perishable goods.
