After the shipment is created、 the warehouse is allocated and the following information is confirmed for booking:
All FBA warehouse addresses finally assigned (including FBA CODE)
Statistics of goods (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size)
Confirm the delivery address/delivery time/CONSIGNEE information with the customer service (as the importer)
The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:
Small goods: stick SKU barcode;
Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;
Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)
British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)
American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)
If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.
What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment
Express channel:
The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;
In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;
Sea/Air:
In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)
To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID
A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents
Advantages of self built overseas warehouse: it can improve the delivery speed of products
Save logistics costs、 control the return and exchange of goods and after-sales service、 control the storage、 avoid the problem of warehouse explosion and logistics warehouse arrangement. It should be noted that the start-up capital of the self built overseas warehouse is relatively high in the early stage、 and the problems that need to be managed in different places and the risks that need to be borne are relatively high. If there are funds and goods in the early stage、 we can consider building our own overseas warehouse.
Advantages of third-party overseas warehouse: time-saving、 labor-saving and worry free
The cost is relatively low. Professional teaching can also save logistics costs. It has the advantage of centralized processing. There is no difference between off-season and peak season. Personnel management and control is simple. There are UPS or FEDEX accounts for centralized shipment at the end. The price must be much cheaper than that of individual overseas warehouses.
(1) [Weight limit] The weight is limited to 30kg、 and the acceptance of articles over 30kg is refused.
(2) [Restrictions on goods] It supports built-in electricity、 supporting electricity、 cosmetics and other sensitive goods、 other goods that are prohibited from mailing through the rejection channel、 and products that are prohibited from transportation by national aviation、 such as alcohol、 flammable and explosive goods、 guns and ammunition、 antique coins、 radioactive goods、 and perishable goods.
(3) [Size limit] The maximum package size is 60 * 45 * 45cm、 and one ticket is limited.
Air freight price calculation method:
（1） Air freight charge weight
According to the provisions of the airline、 when the cargo is small and heavy、 it shall be calculated according to the actual weight; In case of large volume and small weight of goods、 it shall be calculated by volume. A batch of goods consists of several different goods、 including light goods and heavy goods. The billing weight shall be the total gross weight or total volume weight of the whole batch of goods、 whichever is higher.

Freight rates are usually published in local currency. Freight rates are generally calculated in kilograms or pounds. The freight rate in the air waybill is based on the applicable freight rate on the date when the air waybill is issued.
