Statistics of goods (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size)

Confirm the delivery address/delivery time/CONSIGNEE information with the customer service (as the importer)

The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:

Small goods: stick SKU barcode;

Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;

Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)

British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)

American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)

If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.

What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment

Express channel:

The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;

In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;

Sea/Air:

In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)

A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents

FBA's first journey is divided into three modes of transportation: sea transportation、 air transportation and express delivery. The pricing methods and prices of the three modes of transportation are different.

Maritime transport is divided into two modes: maritime transport+trailer delivery; Sea+express delivery. Among them、 shipping+trailer delivery shall be at least 1 CBM and charged according to CBM. Ocean+express delivery is 10 working days faster than trailer delivery、 with a minimum shipment of 100KG. The price is also quite cheap、 and charged products can go anywhere.

Express delivery refers to the use of international express to deliver products that can't be charged and arrive in four or five days、 but it will be much more expensive and will also require bubble counting.

The biggest difference is:

International air transport is generally from airport to airport. The consignor must deliver the goods to the warehouse at the airport or other places designated by the carrier、 and the consignor must go through the export customs declaration formalities by itself (of course、 if you go to the extreme、 you may ask that you can entrust an agent to do it instead of delivering and customs declaration by yourself、 of course、 you can entrust an agent to do it、 but the cost must be borne by you、 the same principle) The customer shall also go through the import customs clearance procedures when picking up the goods;

However、 international express delivery is almost a door-to-door service、 that is、 after the express company receives the goods at the door、 it directly delivers the goods to the address specified in the waybill until the consignee signs for receipt、 which is considered to be the completion of the service. During this period、 the export customs declaration and import customs clearance at the port of destination are handled on behalf of the express company. Sometimes、 when there are many goods、 the import duties generated at the port of destination are paid on behalf of the express company、 and then collected from the consignee when dispatching.

The so-called "air distribution" means air transportation plus delivery. FBA air distribution refers to a distribution channel of Amazon. UPS air distribution refers to the time when the local UPS express company picks up the goods and delivers them to the FBA warehouse、 Amazon FBA signs for receipt、 and the overall operation is completed.
