After the shipment is created、 the warehouse is allocated and the following information is confirmed for booking:

All FBA warehouse addresses finally assigned (including FBA CODE)

Statistics of goods (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size)

Confirm the delivery address/delivery time/CONSIGNEE information with the customer service (as the importer)

The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:

Small goods: stick SKU barcode;

Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;

Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)

British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)

American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)

If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.

What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment

Express channel:

The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;

In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;

Sea/Air:

In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)

To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID

A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents

1. Continental Europe FBA air transportation first trip

The first flight of mainland FBA air transport、 direct flight to Europe from Jinan、 Hangzhou、 Nanchang、 Guangzhou and other domestic cities、 three interceptions and six flights、 six interceptions and three flights、 7-9 days of picking up、 and the overall cargo reference time limit is 7-15 days. 2. Hong Kong European FBA Air Freight First Trip

The first flight of Hong Kong European FBA、 the direct flight from Hong Kong to Amazon warehouses in 9 European countries、 including the United Kingdom、 Germany、 France、 Italy、 Spain and other countries、 with a lifting capacity of 21kg、 unlimited weight、 and can carry goods with a total weight of more than 1000kg. Hong Kong - LGG - UPS/GLS extraction、 three cut and six fly、 six cut and three fly、 7-9 working days extraction、 supporting built-in batteries、 supporting batteries and other items.

1. The first preparation is to print the warehousing label in the background during the process of sending it to FBA、 and make sure to print two copies to prevent one from wearing out during express transportation. Seal the barcode with adhesive tape after pasting to prevent abrasion.

2. The outer box must be marked with "Made in China" to avoid problems in customs clearance.

3. The declared value of FBA express goods in the United States should not exceed 800 dollars. If there are many goods with high value、 they can be delivered by several orders without any impact on warehousing. It is safer to declare that the amount is controlled within 800 US dollars per ticket、 but it is not recommended that the amount is about 400 US dollars per ticket. Of course、 if you want to send FBA the first air tax package route、 the freight forwarder will help you to modify the declaration.

4. The British FBA can choose to use the freight forwarding company's vat tax number for customs clearance in its initial stage and early stage、 but in the long run、 it still needs to register its own company's vat to avoid the British government's tax bureau's audit of accounts and fines.

5. For Amazon Japan Station、 we should choose a freight forwarding company with relatively strong strength、 so that the destination tariff will be relatively small and cost pressure will be saved.

6. For overweight goods、 if a box of goods exceeds 22kg、 it is better to paste "HEAVY PACKAGE" on the outer box so that it is easier to put on the shelf.

Whether the pure battery products are delivered in small packages or in batches to the United States、 attention should be paid to the packaging. The outer box must be packed in a sturdy cardboard box、 and the batteries exceeding the standard also need to be packed in a knife UN box. Each battery with a large number must be well insulated and packed. The positive and negative poles of all batteries must be in the same direction and cannot be placed at will. The carton cannot be changed. If there is space left、 it needs to be filled with other bubble bags to avoid random shaking of the battery during transportation. Please note that the overseas warehouse must have the qualification to issue pure batteries on behalf of others、 and the United States has strict requirements for lithium batteries、 dry batteries、 power packs and other products on behalf of others.

As a special sensitive item、 pure batteries must be declared truthfully in the aspect of logistics and customs clearance. If the customs finds that the declaration is not true、 the goods will be detained by the customs. All kinds of information required for the transportation of battery products must be prepared. In general、 for pure battery products、 whether it is the first transportation or the last delivery、 overseas warehouse delivery、 cross-border partners must do enough homework to successfully complete.

Advantages of self built overseas warehouse: it can improve the delivery speed of products

Save logistics costs、 control the return and exchange of goods and after-sales service、 control the storage、 avoid the problem of warehouse explosion and logistics warehouse arrangement. It should be noted that the start-up capital of the self built overseas warehouse is relatively high in the early stage、 and the problems that need to be managed in different places and the risks that need to be borne are relatively high. If there are funds and goods in the early stage、 we can consider building our own overseas warehouse.

Advantages of third-party overseas warehouse: time-saving、 labor-saving and worry free

The cost is relatively low. Professional teaching can also save logistics costs. It has the advantage of centralized processing. There is no difference between off-season and peak season.
