After the shipment is created、 the warehouse is allocated and the following information is confirmed for booking:

All FBA warehouse addresses finally assigned (including FBA CODE)

Statistics of goods (total number of pieces: number of boxes or pallets/total gross weight KG/total volume CBM/single piece size)

Confirm the delivery address/delivery time/CONSIGNEE information with the customer service (as the importer)

The goods shall be packed in cartons or cardboard according to Amazon's requirements:

Small goods: stick SKU barcode;

Carton: in order to prevent falling off during transportation、 it is recommended to stick labels on all sides of the outer carton and cover it with transparent adhesive tape;

Card board: European standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.6M high)

British standard (European standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 0.8M wide * 1.7M high)

American standard (American standard card board/4way、 1.2M long * 1M wide * 1.8M high)

If the cargo exceeds half a pallet、 it needs to be palletized.

What information and documents should be provided by FBA for shipment

Express channel:

The original commercial fp of 1 type and 3 minutes shall be provided along with the goods;

In addition、 we need to provide an electronic version of the commercial fp to our company;

Sea/Air:

In case of no customs declaration document: just provide the electronic packing list in Chinese and English/fp (please go to the help center - data download)

To be noted: Shipment name/ID; Amazon Reference ID

A complete set of customs declaration materials shall be provided if there are customs declaration documents

Air freight price calculation method:

（1） Air freight charge weight

According to the provisions of the airline、 when the cargo is small and heavy、 it shall be calculated according to the actual weight; In case of large volume and small weight of goods、 it shall be calculated by volume. A batch of goods consists of several different goods、 including light goods and heavy goods. The billing weight shall be the total gross weight or total volume weight of the whole batch of goods、 whichever is higher.

Amazon and overseas warehouse are not contradictory、 on the contrary、 they can complement each other.

Amazon FBA has advantages in order fulfillment、 inventory and distribution. However、 compared with the third-party overseas warehouse、 FBA's storage cost is much higher. It is quite troublesome to return goods and clear up. In addition、 the first transportation cost in the peak season will rise a lot、 and in the peak season、 it will give you problems such as limited inventory and inability to put in the warehouse at one time. While many sellers use FBA as their sales warehouse、 they will choose a reliable third-party overseas warehouse as their secondary replenishment warehouse and return processing warehouse. The overseas warehouse will unpack、 temporarily store or directly send full containers to FBA after receiving the goods.

Operation process of overseas warehouse:

1. The Seller shall transport the goods to the overseas warehouse or entrust the carrier to transport the goods to the overseas warehouse of the carrier.

This batch of international goods can reach the warehouse by sea、 air or express.

2. The seller manages overseas warehousing online and remotely.

The Seller shall use the logistics information system of the logistics provider to remotely operate the goods stored abroad and update them in a timely manner.

3. Operate the goods according to the Seller's instructions.

Warehousing、 sorting、 packaging and distribution shall be carried out in strict accordance with the Seller's instructions according to the automatic operation equipment of the logistics company's overseas storage center.

4. Update system information in real time.

After delivery、 the system will update and display the inventory status in a timely manner so that the seller can master the inventory status in real time.
